User data deletion

This page is the public instructions URL for deleting data associated with Postik, including data obtained through Instagram / Meta Login. Meta app reviewers can point the app’s data-deletion callback to this page.

Delete your Instagram connection

1. Sign in at app.postik.me.
2. Open the project → Accounts.
3. Disconnect the Instagram account. Tokens and that profile link are removed immediately.

Delete your Postik account and stored data

Email hello@postik.me from the Google address you use to sign in. Subject line: Delete my Postik account.

Include:

• The email on the account
• Any Instagram username you connected

We will delete your user record, projects you own, media library files, posts, scheduled jobs, and encrypted tokens. We aim to complete this within 30 days and will confirm by email.

What we cannot delete

Posts that already went live on Instagram stay on Instagram until you remove them there. Server logs may retain IP and timestamps for a short operational window.

Meta users

If you connected Instagram through Meta and later remove Postik from your Instagram or Facebook settings, email us with the same subject so we can purge leftover tokens if the in-app disconnect was not used.
