Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Postik, including the marketing site and the app at app.postik.me. By signing in you agree to them. Contact: hello@postik.me.

The product

Postik is in beta. Instagram publishing is live. Other networks are shown as Soon and cannot be connected. Features, limits, and availability can change without notice.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email login code. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you schedule or publish. Do not use Postik to spam, impersonate others, or violate Instagram’s or Meta’s terms.

Publishing

When you connect Instagram, you authorize Postik to publish media and captions you submit. Instagram may reject posts that fail their format rules (for example Stories that are not 9:16). Failed publishes appear in the Failed tab.

Plans

Plan limits (projects, accounts, library size, scheduled posts, Autopost, analytics) are enforced in the product. Free never requires a card. Starter and Pro are paid subscriptions billed through Stripe.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted publishing. We are not liable for missed posts, Instagram API outages, or content you choose to publish.

Termination

You may stop using Postik and request deletion via Data deletion. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or connected platforms.
