Privacy Policy

Postik (“we”, “us”) is an Instagram scheduling product at postik.me and app.postik.me. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: hello@postik.me.

What we collect

• Google account. Email, name, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
• Email login. The address you enter to receive a one-time sign-in code.
• Instagram connection. Account id, username, profile details, and OAuth tokens so we can publish on your behalf.
• Workspace content. Projects, captions, scheduled times, media you upload, hashtag groups, and posting slots.
• Usage logs. Basic server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) to keep the service running and debug failures.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, connect Instagram, store your library, schedule and publish posts, show analytics for published Instagram media, and enforce plan limits. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for ads.

Processors

Google (sign-in), Resend (login codes), Meta / Instagram (publishing), our database and file storage hosts, and Redis for sessions and job queues. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

Cookies

We set an essential session cookie so you stay signed in. See the Cookie Policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Instagram in the app. To delete your account and stored data, follow Data deletion or email hello@postik.me.
